Our goal is to curate experiences that bring educators of the African diaspora together to travel, reflect, network, and engage in self-care. Even though COVID-19 has limited our ability to travel, we still want to bring educators together to reflect, network, and engage in self-care. Thus, we are planning safe and small trips for 2021!
WHAT IS BLACK TEACHERS TRAVEL
Black Teachers Travel is a group of educators that travel together to engage in new experiences. Black Teachers Travel is not exclusively for classroom teachers. Our experiences are for anyone who has worked with or currently works with students in some capacity.
WHO ARE WE
Black Teachers Travel consists of teachers, administrators, school counselors, higher education professionals, non-profit leaders, education consultants, tutors, government and policymakers, professors, and people who work in education technology. Essentially, anyone who works with or impacts education in some way can join our #TravelingTribe and come on our trips!
